Hi just wanted to say Hi. Joined SW for about the fourth time over the years. Only difference now is I am Type 2 diabetic. I was wondering if anyone has any advice of what to eat before exercise as I have had two very low blood readings. (Hypo) which left me feeling frightened. I exercised for around thirty minutes and had eaten a banana which clearly was not enough. However I don't want to eat too much and defeat the object of the exercise. Any suggestions gratefully received.
 
Hi, I would take your food diary to your doctor and ask them if they can advice as to how to avoid the hypo's, i.e. when to eat something with regards to exercise etc... I have a family member with diabetes who has them so I know it can be really scary.
