HI ALLL (NEWBIE )

I do 1 hour on the treadmill and burn 430 calories ummmm dunno if I should do more running I just dont want to gain to much muscle
 
Yesterday was such a bad day for breakfast I had oats and an apple for snack

Then I kinda got tempted to eat the birthday snacks :sigh: I had a hand full of cashew nuts and about 10 haribo fangtastics and about 10 rits biscuits :break_diet:

Lunch I had mix veg and 2pieces of chicken


Dinner I had cranberry juice


I feel yesterday wast not one of my best days but determined to Do some extra exercise today to make up for yesturday


I didn't get a chance to cook for hubby I'll do that today
 
So glad with my progress so far I have gone down form 14stone 4 lbs to 13 stone 11 lbs :superwoman:

Sooooo happy I am shifting this weight....

I have been very strick with my food and only snack on apples

I am finnaly getting to understand my body and what is good for me I believe that this will help me alot in future with maintaining my weight..

I so glad I have not had to starve myself I just eat

Breakfast : oats with banana and rasains with a spoon of honey

snack: apple

lunch : grilled chicken and veg with gravey

snack: apple

dinner: protein shake

exercise 1h cardio and 10min toning

this is my daily process and its working according to the scales ...
