L boiled rice , chickpeas , large mixed salad
D couscous , chickpeas 42g feta(ha) large mixed salad
S banana , pear
Syns 2 large red wine 18
 
Hi! Did you use water with your oats? If so that's fine! If not you'd have to syn the milk as you had your hea for the feta.

But yesterday you didn't have any meat, so really it was more like a green day in which case you don't have to worry about getting in your 1/3 superfree and you could've had 2 heb and 2 hea!

The recomendation for syns is 5-15 so be careful because the extra syns can hamper your weight loss xx
