Hi! Any successful LT / CD converts on here??

Well, as the title says, I was wondering if anyone has moved to CS from Lipotrim / Cambridge etc. I'm doing LT at the minute (on week 7) and although i've had great losses, i'm finding that total meal replacement is getting to be hard going! I'm at the gym 4/5 times a week and am craving a 'proper' meal when I get in on a night!
I'm terrified that switching diets will undo all of the hard work over the last few weeks and the weight will pile back on :cry:.

Any advice / stories would be greatly appreciated!

i did LT for 4 days hardest four days of my life!!!!! i craved food, was miserable so on so forth and plus on day 4 i did nothing but throw up! Im only on day 5 of CS but im finding it sooooo much easier ok i cant eat carbs BUT im still able to eat food! ive got my first WI on tuesday! x

Honestly don't know how i've managed 7 weeks but enough is enough! Got a weeks worth of LT shakes at home so am going to use them up before I venture onto the CS. 2 shakes and a no-carb meal for the time being. Have put 3lbs back on in the last week but hoping that'll even itself out in the next week or two then I can start the CS.

Like you zoe321 i have jumped ship from LT after 6 weeks as i got so fed up of the same old taste every day. I have now just completed wk 2 of CS and i am so glad i made the change. It took me a couple of days to get used to all the sweet new flavours of CS but i really havent looked back. I lost 3lbs wk1 and 3lbs wk2 with this diet so im not doing any worse than on LT. I couldlne recommend it highly enough and it really has given me the push to continue with my weightloss for another few weeks.
