Hi,

I've been trying/ have been losing weight for the past couple of months. Have recently been reading round the boards and thought i'd join so I can post.

Th past few days /week aince coming back from holidy ive been a bit lax so from today am back on. I havent really ben fully revording in the past week. Am about 10lbish off my goal and it's coming off really slow now but I won't give up! I'm going to weigh officially every Saturday but I am one who can't resist weighing every morn but it won't be official.
