Hi everyone. i am new

Hello Everyone,

I hope your all well.

My name is Rhiannon (Rhi for short) and i am 32. I have 2 kids, Josh who is 7 and Lucy who is almost 4.

I have been yo yo dieting for about 14 years now and somehow seem to end up even bigger as the time goes on. I go to Weight watchers and always come out of class raring to go but somehow my motivation and willpower then dwindles by the next morning. So i have now realised that i need the support the rest of the time to stay on track so found this website and thought it looked a really friendly community.

I also suffer from depression and ME so have problems with comfort eating when i am low and also eating junk food when i am too tired from the ME.

Please help me learn to find other ways to cope with my food cravings.

I look forward to hopefully talking to you all soon.
