sorry, just being nosey but i couldnt help notice that you have lost a huge amount of weight. Just wanted to say WOW! and well done, you are inspiring! How long has it taken you if you dont mind me asking?

It took me 31/2 - 4 years to loose the weight and since then I've pretty much stayed on Atkins maint. I did stay on induction for nearly 6 months though. I am truly a shadow of my former self. I did post some pics on success stores, Before & After.
