I am so glad i have found this site, i have spent the last hour reading stories, tips and motivation from you all
I found it hard the last time as i did not have any support from many people and unless you have done this its hard to understand 
I am restarting this tomorrow after being off for 8 weeks and the weight is slowly creeping on :sigh:
I am going to do SS again but thinking about doing the 4 packs as i do have a very busy day and walk about 6 miles a day pushing a double buggy, i restarted about 4 weeks ago and just found i was just so weak and shaky in the first few days i ended up giving in, when i first done it and lost the weight i was not working fulltime and my days were a bit easier
Got my packs off last time and seeing my cdc on Saturday, do you still go into ketosis on 4 packs??
