I am so glad i have found this site, i have spent the last hour reading stories, tips and motivation from you all :) I found it hard the last time as i did not have any support from many people and unless you have done this its hard to understand ;)

I am restarting this tomorrow after being off for 8 weeks and the weight is slowly creeping on :sigh:

I am going to do SS again but thinking about doing the 4 packs as i do have a very busy day and walk about 6 miles a day pushing a double buggy, i restarted about 4 weeks ago and just found i was just so weak and shaky in the first few days i ended up giving in, when i first done it and lost the weight i was not working fulltime and my days were a bit easier :)

Got my packs off last time and seeing my cdc on Saturday, do you still go into ketosis on 4 packs??

Hope you are enjoying your last few days before starting. You will go into ketosis on 4 packs and the weight loss will be just as good, so do what is best for your lifestyle. I gave up carbs the week before I started, so didn't really struggle when I went onto SS.

This site is great, in the early days whenever I was craving food I would come on and just read through everyones signature to see how fast they were losing weight.

Anyway keep with it, the diet works great.

Day 3 and i feel good, having to make tea was a bit tough but i managed, sounds awful but i am making food i dont like :)

I have tried the soups this time, dont like the tomato one but the chicken and the veg one was drinkable

Hi, I am on 4 packs and although that is because am over 5.8 don't think I could manage on just 3 a day being a full-time mum and on own a lot( Mr T works long hours and is away from home a few nights each week with his job).
No idea if am in ketosis or not,but have had some great loses and strength to stay on cd.

I have 4 packs a day, and always have done. I like having that extra something to look forward to, I don't have the milk as I don't miss it.
Maybe my losses could have been higher on 3 a day, but I am happy with my day-to-day experience of doing CD x

I am back after 4 weeks off and doing 4 packs, with milk, now. Last time was 3 packs. I've lost 8lbs in 5 days so far :)
