I am back on WW with a renewed energy! My friend (who lives in Australia) started this again about 3 months ago - she is now 3lbs away from goal while i started, stopped, started, stopped etc.

So Thursday i went back to class and and am really excited and motivated. I know it works for me as it has in the past and i am taking a totally different approach this time. I always fall into a diet rut of eating exactly the same things for every meal so this time i am mixing it up, fruit (cherries, strawberries, blueberries and melon) with a WW yogurt for 1 point instead of the 2 weetabix i always eat!

I am making a vegetable and quorn curry later and plan to fill my freezer up with lots of home cooked low pro-point foods.

I put on my pedometer as soon as i get up and yesterday after it had counted down to the healthy range i earnt 5 points - the dog loved the two very long walks i gave him!

Does anyone have other tips? For instance i managed to eat my 29 points a day but wonder if i will struggle with the additional 49. Does everyone eat them every week and do you find it affects you weight loss if you eat them or don't eat them.

I eat my weeklies hon cuz I'm a greedy girl lol! I still lose about 1lb - 2lb, averaging a pound a week (which is fine for me as I've only 16lb left to go now and lost 2st 6lb since last year slowly but surely lol).
I'll sometimes have a lot in one day. Like on Saturday I ate 49pp altogether! You can have a dinner out or a takeaway as a treat some evening and not feel like you've wrecked the diet. The 49pp are a great backup and make it much easier for me to follow the diet! :D x

You don't HAVE to eat the additional 49 but i think it's good to. I eat all mine every week and lose 1-2lb's if i've been 100% all week, it does work and they are there to be eaten. It's so much easier to stick to a 'diet' if you're allowing yourself treats, whatever your vice may be, mine is chocolate! That's what the weeklies are for. You say you'd struggle to eat all 49pps, but you dont have to eat them all at once, spread them out, have a little treat every day and you'll be suprised that you do still lose weight! x
