Hi everyone!

    Hi guys, just thought i'd introduce myself as i've just joined the forum tonight and i'm feeling a bit lost!

    My name is Sarah and this is my second time doing slimming world. The first time i did it i joined one of the groups but i didnt feel comfortable having to talk in front of a big group of people, i lost 2st but eventually i stopped staying for the meetings and just gave up....2 years and 3 stone heavier i decided to start again online. I lost 3lbs my first week and i have to admit i'm finding it hard...i was away from home 2 days last week and found it hard to find time to prepare things to take away with me and i ended up going off track a bit! I'm determined to get the weight off and i'm not going to let a few slip ups stop me!

    I've even started a christmas countdown to see if that helps me keep on track!

    Hi Sarah

    Snap.... Joined slimming world group about a year ago and lost 2 stone but gradually let things slip!! So put it all back on plus a bit more!!
    Final straw today my only jeans that fit were tight!!! So tomorrow I'm starting again and this time I'm sticking to it.

    Welcome! I think I can honestly say, if I didn't have this forum and these ladies, I would have slipped off track weeks ago.
    SW is the easiest diet I've ever followed, but let's be honest, it's still difficult when you go out or when the family wants a take away..

    Keep chipping away at it, and in no time you'll find that you've lost loads and are too proud of yourself to stop!

    Welcome!! Sending you positivity vibes!! I believe that "chipping away" at it is the best way too! I have lost weight easily in the past by not eating but this time I want it to stay off. I only want to lose a pound a week which will mean another 11lbs off by Christmas! So far so good! Good luck xx
