I have just gone back to ww and need to try keep on track. I lost 5st with them 2yrs ago then had a surprise bundle of joy (not sure how he manage to stay secret though he came out at 10lbs 10oz!!!) and have an under active thyroid. I am now 8st overweight and I realised I was using my thyroid as an excuse not to face upto it. So back to ww I go!!!!
