I'm Tara, and 24 (if the names not obvious!)

I haven't got a huge amount to lose, but since Xmas I've put on a fair amount, and I just want to nip it in the bud now before I get back to how I was before.
I've done WW on and off for years, being 2 stone heavier than what I am now, and think I'm going to start it again.
I prefer doing it myself, which is why I'm on here for support, recipes and tips! I'm in need of a refresher on pro points!!

You might like to start a food diary and that way others can help if you ask and by reading the diaries it will also help you to familiarise yourself again:)
