Hi all! First time I've ever been on a site like this! Please don't bite :) started SW 2 weeks ago and have lost only 2 pounds! Had a long weekend in the middle so know where I went wrong but just can't stop snacking!!! Driving me crazy! Any suggestions? Thanks
 
Firstly, well done on losing 2lb. Not everyone loses masses of weight at a time so this is a good result. Just try to fill up on free foods depending on what plan you are doing. Keep fruit and low fat yogurts to hand.
 
hiya, well done on the 2lb so far :) I only bite when asked politely lol
I have been filling up my time, so that I can't snack. It takes a lot of effort in itself. I find long baths help at night, then I never have time to eat.
