I have spent the last week setting myself up for the big plunge tomorrow and started my preparations tonight by weighing myself.

Oh my.....that was a bit of a shock. 15st 7!
So I have looked it up and the top end of my good weight BMI thingy is 11st 3.

That leaves me with a few questions. Firstly, following the slimming world program and mixing it with walking exercise what is a realistic timescale for this?

Is it utterly unrealistic to set an interim target of 2st in three months?
