I have a couple of pieces of trout and I wondered if you lovely people could give me a few ideas regarding cooking it and what with, am not a fish eater and am a bit clueless as to what flavours are ok. Thanks in advance you kind peeps
Put it on a big piece of foil. Add salt, pepper, a couple of slices of lemon and some fresh chopped dill. You can also add veggies that will cook quick, like sugar snaps or peppers.
Fold the foil over and scrunch the edges up nice and tight to make a sealed packet. Make sure there's a bit of room left for the steam
Bung in the oven at about 200-225 degrees for 15 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
