Hi folks! Trout???

When I have trout, I simply spray frylight on a piece of foil, put the trout on top and then grind mixed pepper over it.

Wrap up and bake in the oven at 200c for about 15 minutes. Very simple but tasty.

Put it on a big piece of foil. Add salt, pepper, a couple of slices of lemon and some fresh chopped dill. You can also add veggies that will cook quick, like sugar snaps or peppers.

Fold the foil over and scrunch the edges up nice and tight to make a sealed packet. Make sure there's a bit of room left for the steam

Bung in the oven at about 200-225 degrees for 15 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
