I think I need some encouragement... I'm on day two of the lipotrim diet, and I really feel like poo. Legs feel like I've walk 100's of miles, tounge feels like a bag of cr*p, and I wanna eat bread.... or biscuits.... or SOMETHING!:cry:
I was hoping there might be someone about who's just started like me, so we can share some experiences, and give each other some encouragement..... Anyone??? :)

Stick with it Toni. Get through today and tomorrow and it WILL get better.......honest. I'm on day 3 of ssing and yesterday was hell for me. Today I'm not too bad. (this is my second round....I lost two stones before Xmas).

Stick with it, its just your body going into ketosis. It will get easier as you go on and that first weigh in is a big encouragement for you.

Hi Toni,
Although Im on second week,I felt like that last week,most of us have done,dont be tempted,once you reach day three and four,you should start to feel better.Keep yourself busy,make a brew and I know I keep bangin on about the inspirational slideshow but it does keep you motivated on a bad day x

Hi toni,im on day 7 of lipotrim and i felt the same on day two.Its just gritting your teeth and carrying on.Do something to keep you busy if your not at work,i only work 3 days a week and i tell you my house has never been so clean LOL.Ive even Hoovered the whole house twice the other day just to keep me busy lol

Thanks girls, that was quick! Whats the inspirational slideshow thing?.... Well done Cathy, thats great, I have at least 2 and a half stone to loose to get back to something like it, but it just feels like looking up a huge mountain to climb at the mo'!

Ha! thanks Vicky, I have 4 kids constantly trashing my cleaning and tidying, so there's no shortage of that for me :D

This might sound like a joke but after a couple of days that will totally turn and you will feel just amazing full of energy and so pleased with it day 2-3 is the hardest but after that your on a roll please dont break it is not worth it and if you do you'll be so angry with yourself

Hi Toni

Hang in there and keep going!!

I am only on day 4 on LT but today i am starting to feel better!
I know its really hard! especially when you still have to cook for others in your family!
I went to cooplands yesterday with my son and boy i could have bought the whole shop! in fact inearly did, it smelt soo damn good!, but then i just tried to picture myself down to my target weight.

Im proud of myself, today my dad and brother came around, i cooked homemade beefburgers! and to be honest it were easier than cooplands trip!

Hang in there, you will get through this week ok (I find it easier if i keep myself busy)

Heya Toni

Today is my second day as well. Yesterday wasn't to bad, it was exciting as I was trying something new you know but today is hard as hell.

I just keep thinking of the results and how much my mood will change in a couple of days. Ketosis is just round the corner.... right? lol

Just think of my 1st weigh in thats what's keeping me going, when yours?

hi toni and mocha im on day 2 aswell ive just been away so had a short break from LT tommorow is another day just finish today then get up tommorow and say you can do that day ,we will all be in ketosis b4 we know it and its amazing how different you feel and after the first weigh in you definatly will be eager for more xx

Glad someone else is on the same run as me... And yes, I know thinking of the end achievement should keep me going!! I'm thinking I'm thinking!

My first weigh in is on Monday... and I'm going to try and keep off the scales in the mean time.

Are you finding your mouth is disgusting though?... I need to go brush again in a minute, bleh! Feeling tired and my legs being wobbly is the worst bit, but I'm looking forward to the turn around on day 4/5 :party0011:

Yep mouth is deffo like Gandhi's flip flop!!

I believe that a mouthwash could help ya, i know its nothing sepctacular or long lasting but could last for more than a few minutes.

My mouth doesn't feel that bad.I'm having big gulps of water every 15 mins so that might help. My body doesn't feel that bad but I havn't really done anything today, just tried to do an essay got distracted but the TV lol. Tomorrow will be one of my busiest days of the week so I'll see how that goes but I hope using energy doesn't make me hungry or think I'm hungry...

Those listerine stips are good apparently?

Ah! have some of that... will give it a go. I've been lusting after a mint, but I know thats not allowed...
