Hey everyone :)

Hope you're all well.

Just paid for my 12 weeks of slimming world and going to start it first thing in the morning once I've made a list of all 3 main meals a day i'm going to be eating for my first week.

Slightly confused with it all so could someone give me a quick synopsis on what I need to do to lose weight?

I understand that I can scoff as much of the free foods as I physically can, however what do the green, red and original days mean??

I have alot of weight to lose. I'd say 10 stones, but starting with 1/2 a stone to begin with and taking it in baby steps.

How have you all been finding it?

I havent tried slimming world before as I am usless at counting cals ect however I have heard that although the results arent as quick as the vlcd they are better for long term weight loss, I wish you all the best on your journey 2011 will be a life changing year for lots of us :)
