hi, i have just started this morning too! feeling really motivated, even got up this morning and done 30 lengths at the pool before work! i hope that i have posted this ticker thing right so here goes...! keep in touch as i need a friend to help me stick to it everyday! i quite enjoyed my first shake this morning, even if the skinniest person in the office happened to comment 'eurgh, what is that your drinking?' to try to put me off...it hasn't though just makes me more determined!

dunno how long that would take as everyone's different. perhaps if you based it on a safe 2lb a week you could work it out on that and on more. good luck in your 1st week x
