Hi hi...!

    Hi, everyone.

    I'm Sophie, and I've recently decided that it's time to stop being the 'fat kid' and become slimmer and healthier than I've ever been. At the moment i'm 5'7" and weigh 15.5 stone, or 217lb :cry:. It's far, far too much for my liking. I'd like to get down to 9st / 126lb, but I'm doing it through healthy eating and (at first) gentle excercise. At the moment I'm doing 30 minutes a day on the Wii using Wii Fit Plus, and am eating smaller portions of healthy food.

    I'm quite jealous of you - it was my flatmate that owned our Wii, so when she moved out, so did my Mii :(

    I understand completely how you feel. I got up to 14st and want to be 9st again. I have lost 21lbs so far and need another 50lbs off but am determined to do it.

    I too am doing this through healthy eating and more exercise.

    We have a Wii Fit Challenge going every month and you are welcome to join us - its not too late for November - all you do is say how many hours you'd like to try to do for the month on your Wii Fit and after every session you do you just update your time. Its really inspirational and useful to have fellow Wii Fit exercisers - its amazing how much its made me get on my Wii as I know that I have to let my buddies on the thread see that I have done some exercise and not been lazy :D
