I started last Thursday - Valentine's day! Found the first two days not too bad, however day four and five were extremely difficult. I managed to pull through it and am on day 6 now. Feeling like i've got a bit more energy.
I want to create one of the chart things that other people have done at the bottom of their message, but can't seem to work it out. I have 2 stone 9lbs to reach my target weight. Official weigh in on Thursday.
