Hi I am new to weight loss and forums.
I dont belong to a specific club as yet but my sister is in slimming world and has given me a few tips.
I dont stick to things very well but I am surprised about the amount that I can eat.
I am also a fussy eater and dont tend to like a lot of foods.

I am a bit of a fanatic weighing myself. I notice that i can go up 2 kilos in one day and then lose it again. This has been happening a lot lately.
Is it water retention or what?
