Hi, I m new and desperate already on day 1

Struggling, struggling struggling...very antisocial at moment, thanks everyone for the comments and welcomes...I m nearly through a full day sticking to it...FAILED MISERABLY Thursday after...so ashamed. However today I ve been perfect...and as its bedtime now, I can safely say I ve made a full 24 hours...by this time Monday night I should have the worst behind me...fingers and toes crossed. I know if I can make it to then, I ve a great chance of success. I m convinced now that Carbohydrates/Sugar are an addiction to me like alcohol or cigarettes are to other folk. I cannot seem to just "cut them down". My only chance is to cut them out.
 
Go for it! It's really hard at the start, but it's soooo worth it. :)
 
I'm like that too Carbs trigger all sorts of cravings in me I have to be so careful around them.

You will feel so much better once they're out of yr system I promise. xx
