Can I suggest you buy the Dr Atkins book, or at very least reserve a copy from your local library. Its not complicated per se, but I would recommend that everyone reads the book. Its important.

The stickies at the top are more reminders than the whole diet.

Alternatively look at the Atkins nutritionals website Phase 1 induction which will give you a whole run down.
