Hi im a newbie and tips would be very helpful!

Hi im new to slimfast, i have around 3 and a half stone of baby weight to loose before i get married in june next year. I really have to do it this time as i do not want to look like a fat loo rool lady (like ur nan has that sits on the loo roll lol).
ps i shouldnt really use the "baby weight" excuse as she is now 9 months lol!

Haha I still use the baby weight excuse and my youngest is 3 and a half! LOL!

Good luck with slimfast, just stick with it, make sure you have lots of healthy 100 cal snacks in so your not tempted with something else (see the 100 cal snack sticky, handy tips in there :D ) and drink plenty of water 2-3 litres a day, it really does help those pounds to shift!

Great thanks, i have got some of the slimfast chocolate and caramel chocolate bars but have asked my other half to hide them as i dont think im strong enough not to eat all 8 of them! lol. but always got fruit for the bubby so thats handy. looks like your doing very well! congrats x

Welcome to slimfast!!

I am on my second week and its going great!! I can already feel a difference and feel so much more confident already!!

I also still use the 'baby weight' excuse .. My wee girls is 3 past July haha!!

How are you finding it so far??

Thats great i usualy fall of the wagon at about 2 weeks but i think if i notice the difference i will want to carry on so lets hope i feel great in 2 weeks 2!!!

I think once u have had a baby our bodies will never be the same so we have the right to use it as an excuse for being a bit hevier than before.

i'm toying with doing this but am wondering how on earth i can manage with just a shake for brekkie and lunch??? it sounds like starvation? are you not hungry
