Hi I'm a newbie!

Hi Paula!
Not too bad, thanks honey!
Feeling grim still today but am sticking to ww points religiously.
Looking forward to my weigh in on Friday.
I will get there - just not as quick as LL's do!
Slow and steady will win the race :D

Thats the attitude Mrs P!!! you'll be suprised how quick it will come off though, those little 1 and 2 pound losses really add up - I remember thinking "oh God, I wont have the patience for this" when I started but it is suprising!! nine months on it and heading for my 6th stone off all while eating whatever I feel like (in moderation ;)) It really is the best diet ever!!.

Im sorry to hear your still not feeling the best, I would imagine Id be the same, I really dont know how anyone can do it either - I take my hats off to them. I considered it (a vlcd) (briefly, I might add) but knew I couldnt as I love my food way too much and knew if I was deprived Id fall of the wagon! - thats just me though!

Cant wait til Friday to see how you got on! be sure to keep us posted x

Hi Nikki
Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. You have done so well. Big claps for you!
I lost 5lbs on my LL fiasco. I am sure I will have gained some as drastic weight loss like that cant be maintained after giving up after 2 days! Am being v good tho, so I hope to have had lost SOME by Friday!
Love Mx

I must admit to being mildly temporarily & briefly interested in a VLCD when I started but ruled it out almost instantly. I just couldnt take food out the equation the way you need to. I like to be able to eat and socialise as normal and lose weight.

The biggest thing for me about WW is its totally re-educating how I regard food, my food choices & how much & what I eat... something that will stay with me when I get to goal
