Hi every1 Im new to this site.
My name is susan, in 37yrs old, got 2 children.
This is my 4th week on cd
start weight 16st 1lb
wk1 -6lb
wk2 -2lb
wk3 -1lb
had a few probs with cdc and am starting with a new one on 16th July, I am still doing cd so my next wi will be 16th July so Im hoping for a good weight loss by then.

Welcome aboard. The last few weeks have been rubbish as far as diet concerned as i've not tried but back in the game again and certainly couldn't have got this far without the support from everyone here.
