Hello:wave_cry:, I was trying to do the Cambridge diet but it was just too much for me - I am switching to WW - core plan to start with - mainly because I really want to achieve normal healthy eating for ever - I think ill be using most of my weekly points for a glass of wine (or 4) at the weekend so that will mean very few treats during the week - hope that helps keep me on track.

Welcome - lots of ex-CDers on here so we now exactly how you feel! :)
WW is such a relief after CD and like you say its a plan you can follow for life!
I'm human again at weekends and not sulking about being fat! :)

Hi

I'm new to this board. Have been doing WW points since Feb but only lost 7lbs so from next monday am switching to Core, looking forward to it and making all the lovely receipes I have printed out ready. Hopefully it will force to snack more sensibly and not waste my points. Good luck x
