Hello:wave_cry:, I was trying to do the Cambridge diet but it was just too much for me - I am switching to WW - core plan to start with - mainly because I really want to achieve normal healthy eating for ever - I think ill be using most of my weekly points for a glass of wine (or 4) at the weekend so that will mean very few treats during the week - hope that helps keep me on track.
