hi ive just gone back to w/w when i make a curry i just make a sauce using tinned tomatoes and curry paste or powder, garlic, onions, mushrooms, peppers seasoning and chicken or prawns if i want a creamier sauce i add yoghurt it tastes really nice or w/w make sauces that r low in points hope this helps

Nah the jar is for 2 ppl - it says '2 pts per half jar' which indicates that a 'portion' is half the jar.

The WW tikka sauce is pretty good mel - and you can bulk it out with 0 point veggies :)
