Ive started ww pp yesterday but as i cant afford the classes at the mo i have found a useful online calculator that works out the pp when you put the info in, anyway i cant believe that very thin slice of white bread is 2 pp i love a bit of toast in the morning ive worked out that i can have 18-20 points a day.
I stuck to 18 points yesterday but i went to bed hungry is there anything i can do to fill my self up ? i really dont like going to bed hungry
