hi im new and very confused with this already. have to post 50 times before i can view my profile eh im blonde and very confused ! i thought id be able to track my progress is this true ???
thanks purple sky but i think its more in the mind where im failing rather than the actual plan, i have this wall where i reach and my mind says well ive lost this is third time ive been here at my now half way point and i just cant seem to stay on track past there. every tuesday wi i come away feeling positive i start well then the rest of week goes off plan i have a bad day or two then the same old well i sort it after wi and omg ive just realised what im doing i just need to get straight back on plan and forget about wi well in the mind anyway!Sorry to hijack thread but karen perhaps jiggle the diet up a bit up your exercise if you can as you might be reaching a point where you need to do more to loss again(it happens to all of us) and soemtimes the body needs a change. Also you are in a healthy bmi so might take a little time. Perhaps try some toning work like pilaties or yoga
