Hi i'm new too. I'm not up on the tracking progress at the moment, just posting on the boards. Shall see what happens when I get to 50.

But hello and welcome and this forum is awesome, in all seriousness the place has helped me a lot over the last couple of weeks :D

hehehe thank you karen, top shop size 14 is first kinda clothing size target and at the end of may i go on holiday sooo working hard to get there lol. Though close enough will be good enough for me but it oes keep me onwards. I feel very far away from my last target, but i know its reachable, stick with plan 100% and its there to grab and even if you have a little detour its still there

Sorry to hijack thread but karen perhaps jiggle the diet up a bit up your exercise if you can as you might be reaching a point where you need to do more to loss again(it happens to all of us) and soemtimes the body needs a change. Also you are in a healthy bmi so might take a little time. Perhaps try some toning work like pilaties or yoga :D

thanks purple sky but i think its more in the mind where im failing rather than the actual plan, i have this wall where i reach and my mind says well ive lost this is third time ive been here at my now half way point and i just cant seem to stay on track past there. every tuesday wi i come away feeling positive i start well then the rest of week goes off plan i have a bad day or two then the same old well i sort it after wi and omg ive just realised what im doing i just need to get straight back on plan and forget about wi well in the mind anyway!
right my plan of action is to start posting a food diary TOMORROW not after wi see if that helps

Posting a food idary(as well as doing you sw one) really helps as it makes you check and recheck. Perhaps speak to your c about this as well as i get like tha. I'l get down to a point and then it like my mind is too afraid to let go. But thing is you do deserve to get down to your target and yes it might be a little daunting or scary but you can do it and you DESERVE it :D.

thanks purple sky i'll have a chat with her at next tuesdays wi but for now im going to get back on plan tomorrow rather than leaving it as i usually do i mean its 3 extra off plan days and even if i do get a gain i've got them 3 days to minimise it

i think the big deal is more with me than the group i was fine about it on tuesday discussed it with group and came away with all the usually i can do this feelings had a great day food wise then my hubby came home with the news we on the move, we went to pub to celebrate i was so good and had diet coke but rewarded myself with a cupcake (within syns) and then my mate rang did i have any vodka in as supermarket was closed so took her a bottle and ended up sharing it so was way over syns ate to ease hangover next day then thought oh well its thursday now weeks nearly over instead of getting straight back on plan i though i'd wait til wi again, but at least ive realised and im making mental notes as well as writing it down i will get below the 10st mark some time this year lol
