Hi I'm new

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site but not new to dieting. I'm following the slimming world plan and really need and want to make a real go of it this time.

I seem to manage it for a while and then fall by the wayside and back into my bad habits!!!

I said I wouldn't be fat and forty and now I still fat and heading for fifty. Seems like I have wasted half my life being overweight - but it is time for a change.

Hello and welcome to minimins. I also follow SW, its a good plan for life and doesn't really feel like a diet which is good for those of us that are in it for the long haul! Visit the SW area of the site - lots of great recipes for you to try out. Good luck with your weight loss.
