Hi, I'm new to this website and Orlistat.

I've convinced myself Orlistat isn't working . . . went out for a meal last night (pizza with work). Didn't want to go, but you know what its like so I just went with it. Expected a bottom explosion last night, but nothing. Does that mean Orlisat isn't working properly for me?:cry:

how long have you been taking them and are you on xenical or ali?...
xenical is stronger then Ali.. but dont worry if you only been taking them for less then a week because takes a while for the body to adapt x

Thankfully, Some of us are lucky enough not to suffer any side effects I have had none (so far) and have lost 2.2lbs since starting them Sunday night.

Hi Catherine, and welcome to Minis With regards to side effects, for some people its within a couple of hours, others it might be a couple of days, others it might not happen at all. everyone is different, and it does take a few days for the Xenical to get into your system.
