Honestly Im pleased with todays weight loss !! Over the weekend I had to have real food although healthy and only small amount of Carbs. Id have never got through work otherwise.
Right now Im doing a combination of Lipo and low carb high protein which is the diet recommended by my trainer .. Im happy with that as my skin started looking very sallow and dull. I know they say not to but I think if you have the will power to stick to high protein only and no unhealthy foods, a combination LT diet does work. (along with lots of exercise)

Ill let you know how it goes but I expect to lose 3-4lb by the end of day 14. If I can manage 160lb ill be very pleased indeed as that will take me back to where I was before Xmas.
