Hi, newbie here :) using vintage points

Hi everyone. I started with vintage points a month ago at home. I have lost 15 pounds so far but I'm really struggling now :( i just can't seem to lose anymore than the 15 pounds. I've been eating healthy and walking as my excercise 3 miles everyday just about. Beginning to get fed up cos feel like I'm doing well but weight just isn't changing :( x

Hi ladies Im using the old plan too. It works better for me. Good luck with your losses.

Op maybe you could try some more up tempo exercise to give you a shove if you have plateaued?
 
Lisi - You seem to be an expert on the old "Discover" points system. Can you tell me how I should calculate my daily/weekly allowances on that system? I can't find resoources online. Thanks!!
