Hi! Title says it all, I'm new here. My name is Marianne. I'm in my 30s. I don't think I have any serious body image issues; I'm just tired all the time and I'm tired of being frustrated whenever I have to shop for clothes. I'm looking forward to making friends and sharing my journey here.

Hi, Irene and Sigourney. My end goal is to lose 40 pounds by the end of this year. I haven't decided on a diet yet because my meals are often healthy stuff. I just need to cut back on my portions and stop reaching for chips and cookies when I'm stressed out. I want to focus more on exercise because that's what I don't do at all and I know that no matter how healthy I eat, I won't really see results unless I burn what I ate.

Sounds like s realistic amount if your not doing a diet as such . Yes exercising definitely let's me get away with a few cheats :) x
