I have had another cd stint over April and May....for my holiday on 26th of May, I am off to Bulgaria.

I now weigh 10 stone 12...need to lose about another 5 pounds to be a size 12 again...

Hi all my old friends and new I hope. I start again tomorrow after 6 months not even thinking about dieting. I must MUST go down in weight now as I am moving job in August to a hot a lovely place with lots of beaches. So here I go again. Looking forward to the help, advice and support that we can all give each other.
