    Hello everyone!

    Hope everyone is good and that their diets are working well for them!

    I am currently doing a TFR diet but I am now thinking of what to do in the long run after as I did a TFR last year and lost my way and gained all my weight again...

    My friend in work is doing weight watchers and she is struggling when it comes to eating.. I think that it would be great if we were both doing it and making sure each other sticks to it and helping each other work out the points etc!

    Has any one else flipped to WW from a TFR?

    is it true that if you are maintaining you add 2 points on to what you would have if you were trying to lose weight?

    Hello, Im sorry I cant answer your questions but ww is a great way of eating healthy for life so I think it would be suitable.
