Hi all,

Am new here & have my shakes coming tomorrow. I am aiming to do the working solution, as I have done CD in the past & found it easier when I added a meal.

I am on my hols in 5 weeks & would love to lose a stone or more (fingers crossed!)

Anyhow I've had a look around the forum & seen a list of low ketosis foods. Do you think if I stick to those, plus a few of the minimal foods... that I would get a good loss?
