Hi there.

#1
I have just started doing Scottish Slimmers again, this time on my own. I shall weigh my self every Wednesday and post my weight loss/gain. Hopefully there will be no gaining.:cry:I have 84lb to lose if I can lose 3stone by May I shall go to England for a family wedding, otherwise I shall stay at home as I am fed up of being the family fatso:mad: This time I am writing down every crumb that passes my lips I am allowed 55 checks daily at the moment + my daily allowance, I am two days in and have to admit I had trouble sleeping last night as I was so hungry I drank most of a 500ml of water and that seemed to take the edge of enough to sleep.:sigh:

Hi Janey,
I am afraid I ate to much at lunch and dinner yesterday
had nothing prepared that was "free" am better organised today and still have 5 checks left (weetabix for supper):).
I am on 55 checks plus fruit and calcium bonus checks.Once I get over the urge to snack I will be fine
I must say I really admire your inner strength you are doing sooooo well. Its lovely to meet you to.:D

Hiya, You're on the same checks as me. i kinda plan things like a bloody militery operation sometimes with my plan lol. But I find planning really helps. i still do the snacky thing, but i try to have something filling rather than the sweet stuff. Doesn't always work that way mind but try as much as poss to keep within my checks.
Thankyou for your lovely comment. Never thought of myself as having inner strength before:D Bloody minded at times though! So lovely to have you here catch you soon xxx
Janey
