Hi hun, have you bought the magazine? The are some great recipes in there, also there is a recipe page in the main SW page of this site.

Finally - remember you don't have to have a "free" meal, you've got healthy extras and syns that you can use. I'm a green girl so some of my fav "free" meals are:

* Omlette and salad
* Jacket potato and beans
* Pasta in tomato, onion, mushroom and chilli sauce
* Potato wedges with egg and beans

i think i'll get 1 2moz.
Im also a green girl. I like making quick easy meals as im very busy most of the time, with a full time job and a 3 year old daughter i dont have time to make fancy dinners lol. well thanks for the advice and good luck with your waight loss x X x
