I have just been told about this forum and decided to join. I am following Pete Cohen's weight loss programme and am really enjoying it but love the concept of getting support from as many sources as possible.

Have been following the programme for nearly 9 weeks ago. I can't tell you how much weight I have lost as I decided to stop weighing myself 5 weeks ago (was a very liberating experience!!). I have dropped 2 dress sizes though and am feeling much fitter and healthier.

Not sure where I go from here on this forum as there seems to be different threads according to what programme you are on? So will have a wander round the various threads.
