I am on day four and am not feeling hungry at all. Found it quite difficult the first couple of days. Drank about 4 litres of water and had the shakes at breakfast lunch and dinner. Went to bed early the first few nights to avoid being tempted by any food. I think going to bed early is a good incentive. My stomach felt really empty and hollow. Now it just feels weird. I am just not hungry at all and know I am now in ketosis, (which was by about the third day). Keep drinking the water and have the supplements when you feel ready. Keep it up. Hopefully it will be worth it!
