I am on day four and am not feeling hungry at all. Found it quite difficult the first couple of days. Drank about 4 litres of water and had the shakes at breakfast lunch and dinner. Went to bed early the first few nights to avoid being tempted by any food. I think going to bed early is a good incentive. My stomach felt really empty and hollow. Now it just feels weird. I am just not hungry at all and know I am now in ketosis, (which was by about the third day). Keep drinking the water and have the supplements when you feel ready. Keep it up. Hopefully it will be worth it!:)

I found the same as you, by day 4 I was not hungry at all!

It is a weird but wonderful feeling! And trust me it will certainly be worth it!

I lost 19lbs in my first week, you can't get much more incentive than that really can you?

Keep up the good work and by weigh day you will be thrilled! :D :D :D

You are doing really well. Its a sure sign that the diet is working when you dont feel the hunger, when I am busy sometimes I forget to have my packs and then have to catch up
