well ive decided to join here to TRY to up my motivation. Started s.w in Jan and have been struggling soo much to lose consistently..one week im off the other on and at this stage im getting a little disheartened.. i KNOW i can do it and that its easy i just dont know how to stay motivated...

ive spent the night doing out my menu for the week so fingers crossed for a loss on Thursday...

good luck on your diet, take it one day at at time and don't think of the amount of weight that you want to lose.
 
thanks xx im finding it difficult lately as im struggling to come to terms with my PCOS which i do believe is partly to blame for my weight gain...
when asked by my leader on a scale of 1 to 10 how much i want the loss i KNOW i NEED it and want it a 10....
