I am new and just wanted to say hello. I have been doing sw since wednesday. I have done it in the past but never stuck at it. I am determined this time. I have a stone to lose but am determined to get it off by the time I turn 30 in April :)

I am feeling quite bloated, is this normal at first?

hello! i started sw in nov and have by the looks of it the same amount to loose as u, im half way there and feel great! def stick to it, i fink its so easy and having this forum really helps as you can pretty much find out all you need to know!!

I felt bloater for the first week mainly b'cos i am doing ee and eating loadsa pasta and rice which i wasnt doing before, but after the first week i returned to normal :)

I am a newbee too and cannot tell you how bloated I have been feeling it's crazy...got my first weigh in Tuesday so time will tell :)

This website is fab though, I have got so many ideas, recipes and syns info!!
