Hey just joined too.. I've been using slimfast for 4 days now, I weighed myself yesterday, I'm 13st 12 YIKES lol.. I want to get to 10 st approx .. so I need all the willpower I can get ! After having 2 kids the weight has just piled on :/ .. hope to talk to you all soon x
