I find that SF is a really useful tool to force yourself into a routine, because the rules are rigid it's a good starting point and handy for getting your body used to smaller portions. I like to start the day with a shake cos it takes the faf out of bfast

I'm turning 34 soon and i'd love to be at my goal weight by my 35th birthday. Gives me a bit over a year to lose 75lb. I'm gonna try my butt off!
