I have seen this I may give it a go.
 
I already do about 150 in my programme at gym but I can vouch that they work I'm seeing a difference in tone n cellulite already squats work I'm going to starts planks at home tho so ill join in but ill adapt my squat for a plank instead :)
 
omg 150 squats is a huge amount i was stressing about the first few days and thats only 55 squats i cant do a plank to save my life lol gld you are joining in.
I am going to write the days and amounts out on here so i can mark it off when am done and you all can kick me up the butt if i havent done it lol good luck with your planks xx

It's surprising how quick you build up even when it hurt next day keep going. :)
 
not starting til tomorrow morning wil do it before breakfast done boxercise today and feeling exhasted and a little tender been years since i done boxercise
 
I'm 22st as if I could do squats :( I wish I could tho xxxx

Erm lady lol where's mrs positive, you can do squats they might only be little ones and they might not be as many start at 5 then 10 etc but you can do them. It's just a bend to the legs back straight and up down up down.
You don't have to tho, but you can do these things :) there's no such thing as can't
 
i cant do a proper squat due to my knee cap sitting at an angle but i am going to try it anyway with little half squats and i doubt i will be able to do them all at once i may have to spread them out throughout the day but am trying anything to get me in shape at end of June
 
oh great :) i was going to add sit ups into mine but due to my knee i cant get down on the floor to do them lol so will just try this hope it works am going to take a photo and measurments then do the same at the end and hopefully there will be a BIG difference

My mum told me how to make them because I LOVE crisps. Boil some lasagna sheets in a frying pan (2 at a time) making sure they dont stick together. I used 3 sheets over all. Spray fry light on a flat tray and when the sheets are soft cut them into squares and put them on the tray. Spray with fry light and what ever spice you want in them. I put garlic salt and some vinegar on mine. In oven 10mins turn them over and in for another 10 mins and there just like crisps! Yum!!

I've noticed a difference already you still have to shift the far that covers the muscles but they def work and if your heart rate is up doing them then ur burning calories to
